Electronics Communications Program:

It is the policy of the Flowers to encourage association members to agree to communicate by electronic methods. The Electronics Communications Program has been implemented to allow owners to declare their communications preference. While not mandatory, every homeowner is requested/encouraged to participate in this program, as this serves as a cost savings and efficient process. If a homeowner does not have access to electronic communication capability, the Board will send important communications by regular mail.

Procedure:

This sign-up form will be included in every new homeowner package. It may also be included with other mailings to existing homeowners and included with regular mailings to those who do not yet communicate electronically. The mailing list, including authorized emails, shall be kept current by the Board.
